MEET KATIE RATTON

Katie Ratton has dedicated her career to serving the people of Shelby County through public service and the pursuit of justice. She currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecutes serious criminal cases and advocates for victims.

Throughout her nearly two decades in the legal profession, Katie has served as a prosecutor, public defender, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Memphis. This broad experience has given her a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and the importance of fairness, accountability, and respect for the law.

A lifelong public servant, Katie believes every person who enters a courtroom deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. She is committed to applying the law impartially and ensuring that justice is administered fairly for all.

Katie and her husband are proud to raise their family in Shelby County and are deeply invested in the future of the community they call home.

Katie is running for Criminal Court Judge, Division 8, to bring experience, integrity, and sound judgment to the bench.
